Barcelona's Lamine Yamal receives praise from Real Madrid heavyweight

Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal is very impressed by the talent of young Barcelona player Lamine Yamal.

Carvajal acknowledges that while Yamal may still need to work on his defensive skills, his raw talent is undeniable.

“Lamine Yamal?” He's a good player, but sometimes I have to pull him by the ears to help me defend (laughs). It's pure talent.” said the Real Madrid defender as quoted by BRAND.

Yamal, although only 16 years old, has already achieved what many can only dream of. He earned a place in Barcelona's first team and was also called up to play for the Spanish national team.

Yamal is truly amazing

These achievements alone are remarkable, but Yamal went even further. He received ovations from the crowd on several occasions while playing for the national team, which is a testament to his outstanding performances.

In March, Yamal was applauded by fans at the Santiago Bernabeu, the home stadium of Barcelona's rivals Real Madrid, after a thrilling match in which Spain drew 3-3 with Brazil.

During this match, Yamal was instrumental in all three of Spain's goals. When he was substituted in the final moments of the match, the entire stadium stood to show their admiration for his contribution.

It was an important moment, considering it happened on the home turf of Barcelona's biggest rivals.

Just a few days ago, Yamal demonstrated his talent again during Spain's match against Northern Ireland. Playing at the Estadi Mallorca Son Moix in Mallorca, he made two assists which helped Spain achieve victory.

His performance was so impressive that the crowd gave him another standing ovationrecognizing his skills and impact on the game.

Carvajal impressed by Yamal

Yamal isn't just making headlines because of his team's contributions; it is also on track to break several individual records.

Carvajal, reflecting on Yamal's achievements, pointed out that when he was his age he played in the Youth Champions Cup with Real Madrid, a stark contrast to Yamal's current level.

“We spoke to Lamine about it the other day and I told him that when I was 17 I celebrated winning the Youth Champions Cup with Real Madrid and he is there , that he plays in the Euro and that he is relevant in Barcelona”, » added the Champions League winner.
