Comparing Rohit to Virat KohliKapil said the skipper doesn’t show his aggression like the lively Kohli.
“He (Rohit) doesn’t play like Virat, doesn’t jump like him. But he knows his limits, and within those limits, there is no better player than him,” Kapil said at an event ‘ ABP Live’. A video clip of Kapil speaking at the event went viral on social media.

Rohit will lead India into the second semi-final of the T20 World Cup on Thursday evening (8 p.m. India time) against defending champions England. However, the match in Guyana faces a serious threat of rain. If the match is abandoned, as there is no reserve day for the second semi-final, India will qualify for the final on the back of their best performance in the ‘Super 8s’. India finished top of Group 1, while England finished second in Group 2.
The winners will face South Africa for the trophy. The Proteas crushed Afghanistan by nine wickets in the first semi-final.

Commenting further on Rohit’s impact, Kapil said India’s opening match was different from some of the other big players who put their personal interest before that of the team.
“A lot of great players come, they care about their own career, they are even captains from that point of view. That’s why Rohit has an extra rating because he makes the whole team happy,” Kapil said.
