After all, Lewandowski has made it clear that he is not looking to leave Barcelona this summer.

The 35-year-old has at times been linked with a move away, mainly due to his salary which is expected to rise to €32m for next season.

Additionally, former manager Xavi Hernández also wanted the Polish captain to leave the club as he felt things required a change in attack.

However, with Hansi Flick now taking the reins of the team, Lewandowski is now set to play a leading role in the team next season..

In fact, the 59-year-old tactician is confident in his ability to sign the striker. back to his best form in the coming season.

As such, a move for the former Bayern Munich goalscorer seems extremely unlikely for Fenerbahce, who are dreaming big under Mourinho.
