A deep dive into Man Utd’s wage bill
But United reportedly value the 26-year-old closer to £100million, which could force PSG to add one of their current strikers to sweeten a deal if they cannot meet their asking price.
Express Sport reviews three potential options to make up what would be a stellar striker change as the Sir Jim Ratcliffe era dawns at Old Trafford.
Color Randal
Randal Kolo Muani was high on United’s shortlist after leaving talks with Tottenham Hotspur on Harry Kane last summer.
However, the club opted for Rasmus Hojlund in a £72 million deal, while Kolo Muani left Eintracht Frankfurt for PSG for the slightly higher price of £76 million.
The 25-year-old Frenchman has, however, played as big a role as he would have hoped this season, making just 16 starts.
He has nine goals and three assists in 30 appearances and could give Hojlund the competition he has missed this season.

Gonçalo Ramos
Goncalo Ramos, like Kolo Muani, was previously linked with a move to Old Trafford as Hojlund sealed a dream transfer from Atalanta.
The 22-year-old joined PSG on loan from Benfica, also last summer, before the Parisians made the deal permanent for £70 million in November.
He has played a similar role to Kolo Muani this season, playing 29 times and starting just 15 times. Ramos also has nine goals to his name with an additional assist.
Reports this year have claimed that PSG could already be looking to cash in on the Portugal international. He could be the perfect asset in a Rashford deal if United’s interest persists.
Ousmane Dembélé
PSG were busy on the offensive front last summer. Ousmane Dembele joined Kolo Muani and Ramos to land at the Parc des Princes.
Since leaving Barcelona for £44 million, Dembele has made 32 appearances and 24 starts. During his first season in France, he scored only one goal but provided 12 assists.
Antony has failed since arriving for £86million in 2022, with Alejandro Garnacho now Erik ten Hag’s preferred right winger and Crystal Palace’s Michael Olise heavily linked.
Dembele has also previously been linked with United, and rather than introducing himself as a new striker, he could solve the club’s right-wing problems.
