Rachin Ravindra showcased some aggressive batting after CSK opted to bat first, scoring a quick 46 off just 20 balls to set the tone for the innings. The left-handed opener formed a 62-run partnership with Ruturaj Gaikwad before being dismissed by leg-spinner Rashid Khan.

Ruturaj Gaikwad suffered an early stroke of luck when he was dropped at first slip in the opening over. However, he failed to reach a half-century, being dismissed for 46 runs. Shivam Dube then contributed crucial runs in the middle order, helping the team reach 206 runs.

Shubman Gill failed to make an impact with the bat during the run chase. The right-handed batter was dismissed for eight runs off five balls in the third over. The Titans struggled to dominate the Super Kings, managing just 143 runs in their allotted 20 overs.

The Ahmedabad-based franchise will take on Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday, March 31. Gujarat Titans occupy the sixth spot in the 10-team table with two points and an NRR (Net Run Rate) of -1.425.
