Presentation report
The Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium is known for its batting-friendly pitches. This is the same venue where SRH openers reached a target of 166 in just 9.4 overs. A high-scoring encounter is more likely to occur, but bowlers will also help as the game progresses.
Players' choice
Travis head SSR | BAT
Travis Head is currently the third highest run-getter with 533 runs at an average of 53.30 and a strike rate of 201.89. The Australian is in red form and opponents will struggle to find a cheat code to beat him.
Abhishek Sharma SSR | ALL
Another SRH opener who is in sublime form. The southpaw scored 401 runs at an average of 36.45 and a whopping strike rate of 205.64. He can give SRH a good start in the power play along with Travis Head.
Sai Sudharsan GT | BAT
Sai Sudarshan was the best performer in GT this season. The left-hander has accumulated 527 runs at an average of 47.91 and a strike rate of 141.29. Notably, he scored his first IPL ton in the last match.
Shubman Gil GT | BAT
The captain leads the team from the front with 426 runs at an average of 38.73 and a strike rate of 147.40. He slammed his 4th IPL century in the last match while establishing a 200+ run partnership with Sai Sudharsan.
Heinrich Klaasen SSR | W.K.
Heinrich Klaasen is the backbone of SRH's middle order. Known for his power hitting, the Proteas batter can take bowlers to the cleaners and help the team post a huge total on the board.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar SSR | BOWL
Bhuvneshwar Kumar has shown his class in the last few matches. He produced a match-winning performance against RR with a three-wicket haul and took two wickets at an economy of just 3.00 in their last match against LSG.
Patrick Cummins SSR | BOWL
Pat Cummins has taken 14 wickets so far this season. Although he leaked a few runs, SRH benefited from the skipper's wicket-taking ability. He can also pitch in at some crucial points in the lower order.
Mohit Sharma GT | BOWL
Mohit Sharma is the head of the pace department of GT. The right-arm pacer took three wickets at an economy rate of 7.80 in his last match against CSK.
Shahrukh Khan GT | BAT
Since being promoted to No. 4, Shahrukh Khan has improved his game. He brings stability in the middle order and helps accelerate the scoring rate with his big hits.
Avoid having these players on your Fantasy Sports team
Mayank Markande
SSR | BOWL
Mayank Markande has not been impressive this season. The leg-spinner leaked many runs and failed to make crucial breakthroughs.
Matthew Wade
GT | W.K.
Matthew Wade hasn't had many opportunities this season. There's no good reason to pick him on your fantasy teams. Moreover, the keeper-batsman hasn't been in great form of late.
